I just read the response emails that Chase Fluhart, and Jonathan Peterson sent. I can’t respond to their insinuations about my motives without looking like I’m too eager to state my case to you.1 I’m just trying to keep a straight account. To tell you the truth. That’s it.
Not anywhich truth that’s out there… but truths you were entitled to know when they happened at Trinity Church because they tell you how the church is actually doing. Pertinent issues for a Head of Household.
I would like to draw your attention to the emails again. In all of the paragraphs written, please take special notice that the elders and Jonathan don’t attempt to insinuate that I’m spreading falsehoods.
At best, this means they’re being negligent since a former congregant can’t be going around saying these things against current church members and not at least get a “William is being deceptive” or something to imply the idea that this website is sharing lies. Chase does say “no good fruit” will come of this, but that is an altogether different kind of statement.
At worst, it’s because the elders know what I’m sharing is proveable (that’s why I’m sharing them), and they know they’d be in a pickle if they tried to imply something was false.
If you don’t read anything else on the website just read the 7 bullet points on the frontpage. Then, consider if those claims could be true and – if true – would it warrant rejection of the elder’s authority?
I realize I’m just telling you what happened. Sure, this website also tells you the circumstances of when it happened, who did it, etc. In order to prove my claims, you will need to talk with people who were directly involved. Lastly, if you actually want to know whether the elders would agree with the basic claims I’m making then – do this – ask them:
- Ask them whether Bob Dowers and Kevin Peterson were told to talk with the Bryan children to see how they were doing in 2019.
- Ask if Patrick Wilson and William Nixon had that private meeting with 20 Trinity Church members and spilled the beans on the Bryan family without the elder’s knowlwdge.
- Ask if Patrick Wilson was forced to resign because of that private meeting.
They’ll refuse to answer any of those questions, and from the look of it, it seems like the elders fully intend to let these disdainful open secrets linger at Trinity Church indefinitely. This is a great sin they’re committing against you.
That’s their decision, and the HOH may not be able to judge them for it but the LORD will. The truth ultimately wins in the final balance.
“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void.”

Except the “erasure” part that Chase mentioned. I will follow-up next week on that. ↩
